I understand that not all needs fit neatly into one category. Every person and situation is unique. My services are flexible and can be customized to your comfort and goals. Below are examples of what I offer — we can always adjust to create the right fit for you.
- Companion Presence & Visits
- Sometimes, what we need most is company — someone to share tea with, play cards, or simply talk to. These visits are for anyone, especially elders, who could use a kind ear, laughter, or a moment of calm connection. There’s no agenda, just presence.

- Light Home Care & Household Support
- Daily tasks can pile up and start to feel heavy. I offer a helping hand with light housekeeping, laundry, organizing, or small errands. Together, we can make your space feel lighter and more comfortable — and maybe even share a few smiles along the way.

- Sacred Errands & Life Support
- Whether it’s a grocery run, a ride to an appointment, or sorting out a phone or tablet, I offer friendly, patient support to make life’s small moments easier. My goal is to help you stay independent while knowing you’re supported — and never a burden.

- Listening Sessions
- Sometimes, you just need to talk — to be truly heard, without judgment or fixing. These sessions offer a calm, caring space to reflect, gain perspective, or find clarity in challenging times. You lead the conversation; I listen and offer gentle guidance if invited.

- Encouragement Calls
- Short, uplifting conversations designed to bring a little light back into your day. Perfect for when you're having a tough time or simply need a friendly voice to help you refocus and keep going. This remind you that "you go this!".

- Caregiver Support & Respite
- Caring for a loved one can be both meaningful and exhausting. I provide emotional support, companionship for your loved one, or a few hours of relief so you can rest or tend to your own needs. You don’t have to carry it all alone.

Please Note: All in-person sessions are limited to my local area. I cover Calgary and area, Drumheller, Rockyford County, Wheatland County, Wintering Hills of Wheatland County, and parts of Newall County. If you’re nearby, reach out and we can confirm if you’re in my service area.

I wish I didn’t need money to do this — but I do. So I choose to earn it by doing work that uplifts, supports, and restores dignity and peace.
All services are flexible in frequency, whether one-time or recurring. Package pricing is available and customized to your needs and budget.
